Palliative Care
Providing Everything You Need

Specialist Care
Our holistic approach in providing palliative care at home allows you to stay in the place where you feel most comfortable, surrounded by memories and your loved ones. Our experienced specialist carer will provide one-to-one so you can have specialist support and symptom relief from serious illness, whenever it is needed. Our services are tailored to your needs, whether you are looking for a full-time live-in carer or short visits. We offer a full range of services for people living with illnesses.
We follow the national palliative care guidelines and we cover all aspects of care including pain management, administering medication, cooking meals, and companionship. Our holistic approach of care means we work alongside a number of organisations including your GP, and NHS continuing health care teams, to offer the right level of home care for you and your family.
Effective palliative care requires a broad multidisciplinary approach that includes the family and makes use of available community resources; it can be successfully implemented even if resources are limited.
